Play in a Day (ages 5-9)

Saturday, February 8, 2025  -  10:00 - 3:00 PM

Calling all young performers! In this exciting one-day workshop, elementary students will come together to create and perform a play—all in just one day! From crafting their own costumes and building simple scenery to rehearsing lines and bringing the story to life, students will experience the magic of theatre in a fun, fast-paced setting. Lunch is provided, and at the end of the day, parents are invited to enjoy a special performance at pick-up time. It’s a whirlwind of creativity, teamwork, and unforgettable fun—don’t miss this one-day theatrical adventure!

Scene Study (ages 10-14)

Dive into the world of theatre with this engaging and interactive class! Each week, students will explore a new scene from a different play, analyzing characters, conflicts, and themes to uncover the heart of the story. Through group discussions and hands-on activities, students will learn how actors bring scripts to life by making bold choices and collaborating with their peers. After breaking down the scene, they’ll put their skills into action by performing for their classmates in a supportive and fun environment. Open to all levels—everyone participates, and everyone shines!

Art & Design (ages 10-14)

This class builds on foundational skills to help young artists refine their techniques and expand their creative abilities. Students will explore a wider variety of mediums and artistic styles, diving deeper into concepts like color theory, composition, and texture. Through engaging projects and hands-on activities, they’ll develop greater confidence in their artistic voice while continuing to discover the joy of self-expression. This fun and supportive environment encourages creativity and prepares students for more advanced artistic pursuits.

The Actor's Flex (ages 13-18)

Tuesdays, February 4 - March 11, 2025  -  6:30-7:30 PM

This dynamic class is designed to strengthen every teen actor’s performance skills and adaptability. Through improv exercises, students will learn to think quickly and creatively while building confidence on stage. They’ll also dive into the art of crafting truthful, compelling characters while exploring techniques to bring depth and authenticity to their performances. Additionally, the class covers professional audition strategies helping students master the skills needed to stand out in any casting room. Perfect for teens looking to expand their range, sharpen their technique, and prepare for the stage or screen with confidence and professionalism!
